Team building trivia that feels more like a game
Workplace activities are easier when the rules are clear, participation is simple, and nobody needs special equipment. Think and Dare gives a group a shared trivia screen while individual phones handle answers, which makes it practical for a conference room, break area, team event, or casual office gathering.
Low setup for the organizer
The organizer can display the game on a screen everyone can see and let participants join with a QR code or room code. The software handles the rounds and scoring. That means the person who arranged the activity can play too instead of reading every question and manually calculating points.
Broad trivia can cross departments
General Knowledge, Movies and TV, Music, Food and Drink, Geography, Science and Nature, History, and other categories give different people a chance to contribute. A custom or branded pack can later support a company event, but the core game does not require employees to know internal trivia to participate.
Competition without sales-meeting pressure
Difficulty choices and a visible leaderboard create enough competition for the room to care without turning the activity into a performance review. The game works best when teams can laugh about a miss, recognize an unexpected expert, and leave with a few memorable moments instead of another mandatory presentation.
How a Think and Dare round works
The chooser selects difficulty before the question appears. Easy is worth +2 for a correct answer and −1 for a wrong answer, Moderate is +6 and −3, and Difficult is +10 and −5 before later-round multipliers. Every standard question gives four answer choices.
The shared screen carries the public game while player phones handle private answers and player-specific choices. A full game uses 15 rounds, and later rounds increase the stakes so the final stretch can still change the leaderboard.
Choose a pack that fits the room
Think and Dare includes broad categories for mixed groups and specialty collections for nights when the group wants a specific rivalry. Browse the pack library before starting, or open the game and let the host choose after everybody joins.
