Digital Purchase & Refund Policy
Think and Dare purchases provide immediate access to digital game features, ad-free access, premium collections, or other digital content. This policy explains when a website purchase may qualify for a refund and when a completed digital purchase is considered final.
Website purchases are generally final after use
Except where required by law, digital purchases are considered final once the purchased access or content has been used. Think and Dare does not offer refunds simply because a customer changes their mind after using a paid feature, hosting games with paid access, or playing purchased content.
Refund requests we will review
We will review refund requests made within 7 days of purchasewhen one of the following applies:
- You were charged more than once for the same purchase.
- You purchased the wrong item by mistake and have not used the purchased access or content.
- A verified technical problem with Think and Dare materially prevents you from using what you purchased and we are unable to resolve the problem after reasonable troubleshooting.
Refunds generally will not be issued for
- Changing your mind after purchase.
- Buyer's remorse.
- Purchases that have already been used to host or play games.
- Dissatisfaction based solely on personal preference.
- Temporary internet, browser, device, network, or third-party service problems outside Think and Dare's control.
- Loss of access resulting from violations of Think and Dare terms or misuse of the service.
If the purchase does not work as described
If Think and Dare does not provide the digital access or content substantially as described, contact us. We will work to correct the issue or provide an appropriate remedy. A refund may be appropriate when a verified Think and Dare technical failure materially prevents use and cannot be resolved after reasonable troubleshooting.
Third-party storefront purchases
Purchases made through third-party platforms such as Amazon, Steam, Xbox, or PlayStation are subject to that platform's purchase and refund rules. Refund requests for those purchases must normally be submitted through the platform where the purchase was completed.
Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived. Where applicable law requires a different remedy, cancellation right, or refund, that law controls.
How to request a refund review
Email info@thinkanddare.com with the email address used for the purchase, the purchase date, the product purchased, and a brief description of the issue. We may ask for reasonable troubleshooting details or transaction information needed to verify the request.
